Seems some questions have gotten the wrong answers.

I was hooked up in a challenge and after choosing the correct answer, it showed WRONG! what could cause this???

you either thought it's the correct answer but it wasn't, or there's a mistake from the app, you can ask others if they have the same problem, if yes u can report it to the developers
