But don’t need to be worry!
The effect can be easily done via  css3 or via jQuery.

marquee was never an html standard... it was a microsoft addition wich others vendors have implemented to mimic ms browser (ie) behavior...

anyway, it was not required by the specifications, and was annoying to many users, so it could be (and is) removed at any time...

similar behavior can be done with css3 and/or javascript, but there's no reason to teach it in sololearn courses ^^
