If you want to learn c++ start with c++, knowing c can help but it is definitely not required.
Overall learning c++ will also help you with the other c languages

You can treat C and C++ as two completely different languages having similar syntax. So learning one will definately help in learning other but is not mendatoy at all.

Actually , No.
If you will learn C first and then C++ then, you will waste your time to learn c++ fundamentals later. But if you will learn c++ directly then you, will save your time as well as you will learn c while learning C++.
so go with C++ directly.

You don't need to learn c first if you are highly interested in c++ bit I suggest you, you should learn atleast basic of c and then learn c++ because it's help you to understand c++ very easily ,c++ is just a advance version of c ,
But it's totally depend you how you treat this two programming language
And your answer is no you are directly able to learn c++
But I suggest you, you should learn c then learn c++ if you have time and if you don't have much time then don't waste your time in c learn c++ directly
Because time is important
Thank you 🙂
