I already know HTML, Css , JavaScript and jQuery. Can I already work as a Web Developer?

Not everyone who knows HTML, CSS, JavaScript and jQuery has or qualifies for a job. You need to learn to put all of them together and make something out of it and share it with the world or simply add it to your resume.

If you have already done something that proves that you have those skills then you are good to go.
