Made my first screensaver!

Question

Sitting around before work today I thought about 2 of my programs I have made. a full screen random walker and full screen Rain program. It occurred to me that they would make good screen savers. quick search later, I figured out how to do that.

I altered the programs to close on mouse movement and compiled them to .jar files. wrapped them with a jar to exe program and changed the extension to .scr. installed them and they work great!

My journey learning programming has taken me to things I never even considered. before today, I never thought about making my own screen saver. Now I have 2 and have opened a doorway to more programming ideas. maybe I will add AI to my snake game and make it into another screen saver.

It occurred to me that Conways Game Of Life would make a great screensaver... So, thanks to the skills I learned here, 4 years ago, I whipped up my best screensaver yet.. its free if anyone wants to give it a go. Thanks sololearn!!!
