Unfortunately there is no easy way. It is likely that you'd have to rewrite the entire code because the code was written specifically for Turbo compiler.

These days people use something they call game engine or GUI framework to make GUI apps and games. What Turbo used is no longer supported.

The code is incompatible with modern C++ compilers. You can only run that code in Turbo compiler.
