Need help about RESPONSIVE NAVBAR from CSS Expert

Question

i'm trying to fixed a navbar but im sick of trying.
its working fine in mobile mode and desktop mode also.
but in pc when i resize my browser window the navigation bar looks so ugly.
can you help me out of this please?

you can check it by resizing body.
im trying to make it fully responsive and device capable. (with body)
will be glad if anyone help me out of this.
