Linux Vs Windows For Coding

it's just me, or maybe you feel the same.
i 'll be better use Linux than Windows to code.

Linux is definitely better for coding. But if you want to build applications for Windows or Windows Phone it's better to use Windows.

Using linux I slowly realized how entangled, limited and useless was my time spent on windows.
On the other hand I have to give to Win that it was a straight forward introductory experience to computers in a time when Linux meant a lot of headaches for entry level users with hardware incompatibility, limited internet resources...(the time of noisy 56k modems... remember that age? 15 minutes to download 5 mb? )

Since almost every library are using tools like Bower/Composer, that's much more convinient to use Linux. I personnaly use Windows with Linux, the confort of Windows UI mix with Linux dev power <3

I would do an Virtualbox Win XP or Win 7 on my Debian for some work programs.
