hacking software comes more or less from understanding not a language per se (you need to have a strong grasp on programing fundamentals though), but really you need to understand the computer itself and why it does something the way it does. it also depends on what you're targeting. if it's games you'll be looking more into memory hacking, websites you'll be investing time into databases and their structures. It takes a few seconds on Google to learn how to hack. it takes years to understand how to hack.
