How to upload arduino codes to arduino board when i use Ubuntu 19.10 running on Hyper-V on Windows 10?

You should forward USB port which Arduino plugged in to VM. I use Virtualbox with linux host and windows VM and there is no problem, except you can't use device for both OS in same time. You should disconnect from one of them while using another.
