Hello. I was thinking about how freelance web developers start creating a web page. So I want to ask the next question. Q: Can web dev see the previous dev’s code if they want to make a better web page??
Or they cannot see it and has to write from scratch??
(Example: 8/10 of the web page is good. I want to make better the remaining 2/10.)
