Why does sololearn doesn't offer c-programming course

There are 12 courses already. They can't include every possible programming language...but start with C++ basics and you will have the equivalent of C.

linux is coded in c because linus thought its cool what if there are lots of people admire c like I and not C++. does it me its not our room in here Helioform
