Subscription error

My subscription doesn't work, it's the free trial of 14 days, when I want to learn a pro thing I can't because it gets me to the subscribe button, they say I'm subscribed, I manage google play subscription, they say I need to opne the app to confirm the subscription, I opened the app and gives me back to the subscribe button, how do I solve this?

Also try contacting the respective app store support. Somtimes, the issue can also be from the app store side.

I am using the FREE sololearn but I want to upgrade to PRO. I tried filling my details but it keeps failing. I wonder why because I am sure my details are correct
