About kotlin perquisites

I'm here for my friend. Like he is confused and I'm not sure about that can you guys help me with that?

He wants to know that if he's new at coding, is kotlin good for him as a first language?

It is perfectly fine. Every language is different and you can pick any language as your first language. It is slightly easier to learn a new language if you already know some other language but is not always necessary.
