How is a PIN lock software made? Which language is need for making it?

Actually when I was checking out my phone , a question came to my mind "How are these PIN interfaces made?" Like if you enter the correct pin it opens , if you enter a wrong pin it writes"More 3 chances left" or if you use up all the chances it locks for 30 seconds or so. So which language is used for making this type of software ?Please help answering this question if you know the answer. Thank you.
