SoloLearn threads question

Hello awesome community! I see many posts saying to search SoloLearn for the answer to your question before posting a new thread/question so we don't have duplicates. No problem. However, that leaves me wondering--the question I have, and just searched for an answer, has the best answer in a thread which is 4 years old. I have a question in reply to what was said. Is it better (in terms of receiving an answer) to post a new question with the link to the old one, or to follow the norm here of sticking to the original thread. I clicked thru to the profiles of everyone who was in that thread and it seems they are all no longer active on Sololearn. What works best? I didn't' see this question asked/answered unless I missed the thread.

DEAR ASKER, YOU CAN POST YOUR QUESTION IF IT'S DIFFERENT FROM THE OLD OR NOT YET DISCUSSED.

Hello EO4Wellness The original thread is too old. I doubt that someone will answer you. And if I understand you correct, your question has to do with the thread but is not answered in this thread. So if you can't find another thread which answers your question, then you can create a new one. Because in this case it is not a duplicate. If you want, you can link to the old thread for context.
