Hi! I've completed my Python course in SoloLearn with an awarded certificate. Am I eligible for a job? If so, then what jobs should I go for?

you are only elligible to learn Python deeper from other sources and practicing: sololearn only teach you the basics, and provide irremevant certificates ^^

I don't think you are eligible.
For job you should gain some more quality knowledge.

Try reading some Python books, attend some tutorials, watch some yt videos on Python.

Try solving code coaches
(Best to check your developed skills).

Try making diffrent types of projects.
