Python is great for a total beginner as it is fairly easy as far as programming languages go, and you are most likely to not quit when you are working with Python.
Besides python I just going for web development languages to boost your moral and interest in the world of programming. All the best with your choice

The one that motivates you the most. Personally I would suggest something web-based.

It's fun, fast, and you can see what you made visually, and also being able to share it with the world. I think its more fun than making a .Net/c# app that you have to upload and distribute manually.

Python first (cauz it's easy and will get you the basic knowledge of what programming is) then it depends what you want to do , Java if you want to write apps for android. (Use google for identifying what language is used for what . For Example : Google > : "What's the best programming for Ios app development?")
