Looking for answers of freelance programmers

I am willing to start freelancing. I have learned -
Intermediate: HTML , CSS, JS, React Js, Jquery , python, Nodejs.
Advanced : Java (with little of mobile app)
and little of php, c# for unity, c++ , CMS with wordpress.

Questions:
*What does web programmers use to build their site while freelancing? I think they use cms then why do i need to learn programming?
*Which skills should I Acquire Next?
*Which skills are useless nowdays
* I am kind of nervous in money matters. Should I practice more or i should put my hands on?

Join sololearn discord server. There you can find all experienced mods . you can ask them . Hope they will advise you , and share their experience.

I use PHYTON for backend
I use FLASK for backend
