How to start and manage css projects?

I just started learning css and html and now I am confused. I have problems in css and don't know how to manage the project. Any advice??

If you want to create a new project with HTML and CSS on sololearn, choose "web" on playground. I see you started the HTML and CSS courses. Keep learning. 🙂 If you have a problem, link your code in Q&A and describe the particular issue.
