Is 0px valid?

Question

So… I believe “0px”, in letter spacing, is the same as “Normal” in CSS. Is this acceptable or is it important to use “Normal”?

Yes it is...... infact 0 is also ok as 0 doesn't need any unit.....

yes 0px id valid, as well as only 0 (because zero doesn't need any unit value ;P)
