There are many experts are there and many professional too in this computer field so suggest me any one from above courses

All courses are good you can select any course just be sure that you are passionate to learn those subjects because later you may feel these are difficult or it's not my choice.

*Computer Science: General Software Develop, Machine Learning (AI, Deep Learning, etc), Project Management and anything that envolves software
*Computer Engineering: Automation, Robotics, Electronics, Computadorized Machinery, more focused into Hardware + Software integration.
*System Analysis: Testing, Infrastructure, Project Management, Computer Networks, SO/Server Management.

But, whatever the course you choose, you'll can follow any area you want.
Here in Brazil, i'm coursing Computer Engineering, but today, I choose alternatives disciplines that lead me to software develop, disciplines from the course of Computer Science.
Choose a course in accord of yours skills and you like the most.

assuming that you just completed 12th and going to take admission in college, i study CSE at state affiliated gov. college.
I would say that AI and Data science are the thing you dont need to worry while taking adm. in college as they are emerged from CSE or IT. AI and Data Science is a specialization as per your interest, your options while taking adm. in college would be IT or CSE.
You can next choose your specializtion on further college years.
