um... ask their support? either it's a problem on their site or you did something wrong. maybe you use a browser add-on which prevents the download or your anti virus program blocks it. or you clicked the wrong link. or you didn't notice that it's downloaded successfully but to the wrong directory.
without any information about what you did, what happened and how your computer and browser are configured, we can't help you. it's like ringing a garage and just saying “my car won't start“.
