Messages are gone

After today's update all my conversations are gone. Why is that? How to get them back?

Normally you write a mail to sololearn for bug report or use the in app bug report.
Because nobody official will read your thread in q&a.

I assumed that there should be a popular or recent topic addressing this issue, but couldn't find any. So it seemed like no one have this problem.
