How to make a basic app with python??

I would like to build a wonderful interface to my app for training but I don't know all the modules that i should use

mobile app or pc app?

gui interface or cli interface?

tkinter is the gui framework bundled în python built-in modules... but only works on pc... mobile app' usually not done with python ^^

cli interface is text only interface: I guess that's not what you want to "build wonderful interface" ;)
