My java course is not working!

Hi, i just tried to enter on my next java course, but is not working, it's just on the loading screen forever, can you help me? Also i tried to enter from firefox, same answer! :(

If you are sure there's no network connection issue, then:

Try clear cache (app/browser)
Try restart (app/browser)
Try clear data (app)
Try uninstall & reinstall (app)
Try restart device (app/browser)

If all fails, then contact SoloLearn by mail [e-mail], providing as much detail as possible, including screenshots in attachment.
