How to host a website directly from my computer without paying anything?

Please help me host my website. It currently is located at Shiningmatter.github.io and I don't have any money. Thank you

Download wampserver for windows, or lamp for linux.

There are many web hosts availabe on the Internet. Most of them can be used by an annual payment like Go Daddy. I searched but I didn't found any of the totally free i.e opensource webhosts except Word Press & Google's Blogspot. Try them & reply!
