How to change 32bit to 64bit window 7?

Kinda unrelated with coding but I need to know how to change from 32bit to 64bit to use Unity.I have Unity editor 5.6.7 it in 32bit.(I heard Google play don't support 32bit games in August)

why don't you install the latest 32bit supported? i don't think google play even had 32-bit architecture. although you can upgrade your OS from 32bit to 64bit but you gotta check whether your computer could handle 64bit
