How to make a python telegram bot run continuously?

Using Paas such as Heroku and pythonanywhere does not allow bot to run continuously for free. Is there any ways to get telegram bots to run non-stop for free?

Yeah, code them fully yourself. If not, you are probablly using someone elses resources. And nobody will let you continually use their resources for free ever.
