Why fixing bugs takes SoloLearn so long?

Before reaching level 21, I faced a lot of issues and couldn't play challenges. Now after reaching level 21, me and JΞΜΔ 🇨🇩👑 [ActiveChallenger] sis can play no more.
If we send challenges others can't play the fifth round, if we receive challenges, we can't play the fifth round.

What's the logic behind not being able to play if we are on level 21? What's the difference in the code for level 21 and other levels?

There are also bugs everywhere in SL. In challenges history, in notifications, in dm, in code playground, in code coach problems and where not?

When will SL care about fixing bugs rather than creating a thousand new ones? When will SL care for it's users?

Let's hope SoloLearn fixes that annoying bug soon.
Maybe they hit some limit concerning the history gathering. After all the SL bot didn't have any issues challenging at level 21... 🤔

😭😭 Bugs are irritating, always testing my patience... Slow loading in Sololearn is a normal occurance to me. 😵

We are discussing how many bugs SL has but we are not discussing how hard SL is trying to keep up with the learners. They do their best, then why aren't we giving them credits for their good job.Have you forgotten how much SL taught you ??? You are only synchronizing you voice with those who are trying to show off their level and trying to seek attention for a short period of time. Please remember what is SL to all of us.

Sololearn fix one bug and gives another bug.

Now our expired challenges are not clearing even tried to clear many times.

SoloLearn prioritize adding more features over resolving bugs.
One of the reason, they are trying to attract more customers with more new added features. But they are unaware that they are losing some of their customers too because of these stupid/irritating bugs.
