Can i learn "C++" without any knowledge of "C programming"??

C++ is kind of based on C but they have their differences and you can learn C++ without any knowlage of C

The only difference between C++ and C language is that C++ language is having OOPs Concept...

If you have learnt C++ language... It means you have learnt C language also....

Yes you can, what I know is that, C is a structured and CPP is Object-oriented, two very different things.
