What is difference of Xamarín and other IDE?

Hi Yasser Xamarim is a IDE to mobile development to create natives app IOS, Android and Windows. Others IDE like Visual Studio has several development application. I hope it helps.

Xamarin was recently acquired by Microsoft and can be added to visual Studio for use in developing cross platform mobile applications. If you intend to use C# to develop mobile apps you need only download xamarin through an update to visual studio

Xamarin is meant to allow for a cross platofrm use of the .NET framework. It uses XML for it's structure similar to HTML on a website and C# for functionallity.
