so the domain i use is free but it dont have a legal certificate or something that I own it its not .com it's some free domain .ga
the owner of the company may claim my domain in future so is there any option where I can get a domain of .com for free before buying and wasting money

No. You can get a free domain through github or many other sites, but the site will still be limited.

You are using another persons resources, it will never be totally free.
