Solo learn

When I was using Solo Learn on the website, I was suddenly logged out and could not log in again. My account is linked to Facebook. I tried on Google Chrome and Microsoft Edge, and the problem is in both.

Hello. It's happening to me too, 3rd day already. First day it just logged out and I just logged in. But yesterday, when I tried to log in I got error. I just reinstalled the app and it worked. And today it still logging out every time I close app. What the jell?

Normally this error should only occur if you do something "suspicious" like accessing large amounts of data in a short time, logging in multiple times in a very short time period, etc. Anything that could look like an attack on the page. Do you maybe share an ip address with a lot of people who might be using the page at the same time? Otherwise there's probably something wrong with the page. Either way, contact the email address Simba posted. This is something sololearn's support should look at.

Try to use a different browser or clear all your data (cookies ...) Try to log in from another device ( better not connected with the same network ) Sarah Hasan

I daily encounter this issue atleast a time on Sololearn android app (using google account). This problem started a week ago.
