I passed a hard year that lead me to stop learning and practice! Now, I forget nearly everything and confused from where to restart ?

Try to study old code that you have written and research online the parts that you have completely forgotten, if any. This has helped me greatly after long breaks, highly recommended

Dont worry. I did the same thing but i got back into coding about 2 months ago and i feel like i know javascript better than i ever have. Just take some time and review some of the lessons that you already completed and brush up on some syntax. Start playing around in the playground writing simple functions. Just brush up on the syntax and it wont take you long to get back where you left off.
