What program should I use to write html, Javascript, CSS code and build it?

I started learn html and use atom program...but actually, I found it hard to deal with...It hasn't an observe shortcut to launch it..

Any text editor can be used. But some popular ones include Sublime Text, Atom and Visual studio code

Definitely VS code. Don't confuse it with visual studio which is heavier. Vs code is only 20mbs

I work with https:code.visualstudio.com/ but also I will reccomend https://codepen.io/ and https://jsfiddle.net/ . They are actually websites and usefull too.
