Organizing CSS selectors with attributes in visual code

Hey there I would like to know what is the name of the "method" developers use to organize css atributes neatly by section by element, I saw it once on a live video. but not sure what is it called? im trying to replacate it any suggestions?? I think the person was using @import what is the propper way to organize css files ?
