write a program as a starter??

brand new, to this and been asked to write a praciser program with no former knowloage of Python

Hi Malcolm Marshall I also am a bit elderly so understand the frustrations of dealing with new tech and the attitudes of those who were born to it. Normally, the first code people write is print("Hello World") which is a great way to start if you have no knowledge of the coding world. I would strongly suggest you start the tutorial "Python for Beginners" which is available on the Sololearn platform. It will not be long before you are writing and understanding simple codes.
