You should submit your website sitemap to the Google Search console. And once your sitemap has been submitted, wait at least two days for the website to be crawled.
Hopefully your website will appear in Google's index.

Why bother? I mean who even uses search engines? Because obviously it makes more sense to ask questions about google in a random forum than to use google.
