What that algorithm mean?

I was searching the web and I read a text about Instagram algorithm. I saw an algorithm but couldn't find what that algorithm is.
It was like:

It was a lot of circles and and it's hard to show you a complete visualization.
The circles in each row were connected to the circles of the other columns in this way.
What that algorithm mean?

Runtime Terror[ Busy ] I know what an algorithm is (but good explanation) and I did not post the question.
I also assume that the question about the algorithm is independent of whether instagram uses it. Although it's certainly possible that Amirreza Hashemi wants to know how instagram works.
