How to make this nested table in HTML ?

I am trying to make a table of my marksheet in HTML but I am stuck at nesting them together. I will be glad if you can help me out.

I think you want a table within a table.
You can do that by making a table.
Then in the tr tag, start another table tag.

Do this with trial and error, it'll be difficult to style though. So all the best.
