Web Scrapping GUI App

Looking to create a web scrapping application that can be used with a GUI in order to automatically purchase products online while automating the process. Any tips? ( Which languages, Programs, Tools etc)

Why you want to automate the purchase process though?

I believe the choice to purchase or not should not be automated, otherwise customers may be at risk of being softly forced to make a purchase.

Even if you own the site, automation of purchase process still makes little to no sense.

The program would be used to automatically checkout in demand items such as sneakers or a PS5 which sell out very fast and the use of the automatic checkout can be helpful to speed up the process
