Think a website as a book and a Web page as a chapters.
Collection of webpages can be seen in a different ways. For instance the navigation bar consists of links which redirect you to specific pages, in that way the web dev who created that specific web used the nav bar to present different web page links in homepage most of times, to make it easy for you to navigate. Technically some devs use framework like laravel, express, django etc to route (interlink) the webpages in the same root.
