IDLE is suitable for beginner level developers but I recommend : Visual Studio Code PyCharm Above IDE work in run on windows and MacOS operating system

If u are using ur mobile and you have good network connection you can go for Jupiter Notebook it is an website and very user friendly Or download python idle software
