I think it is better to install a security program into your website rather than program it by yourself, however, there's a great book called "Black Hat python" which shows you how to hack into a numeric system using python. The best way to learn cybersecurity is to learn how to break it ;)

You should know what cyber attacks exist and how you can defend your website against them. Additional you should read design guidelines such as https://msdn.microsoft.com/en-us/library/ff648647.aspx and I would recommmend to buy some technichal books to learn it from specialists.

Check out the YoutTuber « sentdex ». He shows how to create a webapplication with python and also shows ways to secure it.
