Practice more coding in HTML before moving on to the next step? You may practice on Code Playground, or you may opt for a simple IDE on a desktop and run your script with a browser.

Don't worry, don't rush to learn. Visit w3school or codecademy and learn HTML from the basics, then return here and learn CSS and JS.

First Practice constantly in HTML, CSS and Javascript by making your own sample websites, or redesigning the old ones. Freelancing needs at least 6 months of practice.
