E Cash just my opinion:

Learn web development because there's a good demand for web developers. Then you can do free lancing, or join a full time job. Go with HTML, CSS and JavaScript and follow with PHP and SQL. You won't get any instant money, it'll take 6 months I guess, but that too with constant and good amount of work. All the best =)
