i7 7700k, GTX 1080ti, some 3200 DDR4 Rams, an SSD for the OS, a HDD for some space, 1000w power supply, water or air cooling and youve got yourself a powerful rig that can serve for 4k gaming, fast and efficient 3d rendering and all what you usually do.

I haven't built a computer before. but I would like to learn someday.

if you want to learn, take dismissed hardware and hack/combine the working parts it to give it a new life. You'll learn in a safe environment: you can't do seriouss damage and whatever you'll be worth much more than your investment (you may wonder about how many dismissed computers are thrown only because windows lags or a new design looks shinier.
Dreams of hi specs computers never last long: by the time you really start enjoyng your rig, you realize that is not enough.
