As a beginner I really don't have any clue for learning coding,so can pls tell me how to learn the programming so effectively ?

Well, the first you should do as a programmer of ANY language is understand the basics. The syntax of a language comes later.

Get a roadmap:
Learn about what programming can do for you.
Learn about the CONCEPTS about:
Variables
Constants
Conditional statements
Loops
Arrays…

Then try to apply this in any language that is oriented on what do you want to develop.

You want to do web apps? Look for javascript.
Mobile apps? Maybe java or kotlin, swift (javascript works too)

Machine learning? Python

Games? C++ C#..

There are infinite possibilities
