Having trouble learning

Hi, this is my first experiance with coding. Im starting school for computer engineering in june and i just wanted to get a head a bit before i go. I really want to understand stuff, but im having a hard time understanding and need help. Anyone want a study buddy? Or help me lol

It's not that I phrased my question improperly, I need help with multiple things so I can't just address one subject. That's why I asked for a study buddy to interact with and help. Saw some othe posts where people were exchanging numbers, etc. Thank you for the links though
